I have dealt with Carlos Saliente company for 6 years, however relatively smaller jobs have been the normal until a couple of weeks ago when my swimming pool developed a serious fault and called the company. Carl & assistant arrived and set about tracing the leaking pool !!!! This entailed several visits, 4-5, sealing all the different parts of pool to eliminating possibles & then told me what needed to be done - I must amid my heart was thumping wondering what financial costs would be but already involved !!
The day arrived to start the the drilling to trace the actual leak which was I know quite a big one. After a day drilling and pulling pipes out and replacing new ones.Then next date they came again to fill in the holes with cement. The pool started up and perfect.They tidied all up cleaned and left all as good as new with me to paint etc what needed to blend in.
I must say that I was delighted but heart was thumping as I received the cost. I nearly fainted - with delight - paid up before they changed their mind.
The whole job was as proffesional as could be & happy to recomend them to any one. Thank you very much to the team & in particular Natalie who is behind the scenes but tying all together.

Carlos Saliente have now done a number of jobs for us. They fitted a complete solar system, got water into our house and installed all new plumbing, including toilets, sinks, baths etc. They also installed all the pool system and got the pool up and running after it had been out of use for many years. I must say that I would have no hesitation in recommending Carlos as all the work that was done was excellent. He was totally reliable, no fuss, no sharp intakes of breath. Just a get the job done and make sure that we had exactly what we wanted. The prices were spot on and there were no hidden extras. The after sales service was also excellent as Natalie was keen to make sure that once all the work was done we were completely satisfied and they were on hand at any time for backup and information. I wouldn't have to think twice about who I would use for any of my plumbing and heating now as we are happy that we have found a company that really do offer an excellent service.

Time to put the capital lock on again and say another public HUGE THANK YOU This time to Carlos who, despite it being the end of the week late on a Friday came to the house and managed to get the boiler problem sorted enough to have a longed for hot bath. Not only that he came back on Saturday morning and got the system up and running fully.
Carlos - thank you - its lovely to finally have heating and hot water; for the great advice re getting set up with contracts etc and not least sheer professionalisim. Wishing you and Natalie continued success your help really has been and is appreciated.
